  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 grams)

Preparation

  • It’s very easy to make. The first thing to do is bring  the water to a boil. While you wait, chop the garlic into small pieces (or use a garlic press, whichever is most comfortable for you). This way, the benefits of the garlic are preserved when you cook it.
  • When the water is boiling, add  the ginger and garlic. Then let it boil for fifteen or twenty minutes. Then take it off the heat and let it stand for ten minutes.
  • Is it ready now? Awesome. The next step is easy. Strain the liquid, reserving the water, which the garlic and ginger were allowed to soak in during cooking. Now you just need to add  a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey to sweeten this delicious tea or infusion made from garlic.
