How can you get rid of a nasal congestion quickly?

Not by using a nasal spray, but by applying an acupressure technique used in traditional Chinese medicine. It is an easy-to-apply method used to relieve pain in various parts of the body and is also recommended for clearing the nasal passages.

  • Pressure point 1.  Gently massage each earlobe for ten minutes.

  • Pressure point 5.  The nostrils. Press your index fingers into the corners of your nostrils and make circles. Your nostrils should almost close because of this. Do about 20 laps in each direction. Blow your nose right after.
