  • 2 tablespoons dandelion (20 g)

  • 2 tablespoons celandine (20 g)

Preparation

  • Bring the water to a boil and add the spices. Let the herbs simmer for ten minutes and then remove the pan from the heat. Let the herbs steep for another ten minutes.
  • Pour the mixture through the sieve and collect. Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and apply it to the affected area as a compress. Hold the cotton ball against the affected area until the moisture is completely absorbed by the skin.
  • Repeat this treatment as often as necessary to relieve the pain or itching.
