1. Pumpkin muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (210 g)
- 1/2 cup canned apples (110 g)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk (62 ml)
- 3 tablespoons honey (75 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g)

Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until all the dry ingredients are well mixed with the wet.
- Then spray the baking spray into the muffin tins and bake the muffins at 180 (gas mark 4) for 20 minutes.

- 1 cup almond milk (200 ml)

Preparation
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds to make sure they are clean.
- Dry them with a piece of kitchen roll and then spread them on a (with canola oil) greased baking sheet.
- Roast the seeds at 180 for 20 to 30 minutes.
