Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until all the dry ingredients are well mixed with the wet.
  • Then spray the baking spray into the muffin tins and bake the muffins at 180 (gas mark 4) for 20 minutes.

Preparation

  • Roast the seeds at 180 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Then put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the olive oil and then the cinnamon.
