  • 3 tablespoons honey (75 g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (2 g)

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until all the dry ingredients are well mixed with the wet.
  • Then spray the baking spray into the muffin tins and bake the muffins at 180 (gas mark 4) for 20 minutes.

  • Place all ingredients except the milk in a saucepan.
  • Then heat it over medium heat and stir regularly. Boil this for 15 to 20 minutes.

Preparation

  • Rinse the pumpkin seeds to make sure they are clean.
  • Dry them with a piece of kitchen roll and then spread them on a (with canola oil) greased baking sheet.
  • Roast the seeds at 180 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Then put them in a bowl and sprinkle them with the olive oil and then the cinnamon.
  • You can replace the cinnamon with, for example, ginger or another spice if you wish.
